Everyone: We should have our instructions ready by the date either through a tutorial already on line or prepare a document to share or videotape the presentation ahead of time, so that others can see it again through posting it on our website.

Throughout the day jointly prepare a PowerPoint/ slide presentation set to music, using photos, testimonials, info/ use breakout rooms to divide up sections of the slide presentation.
